If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use LeadSeed. ⸻ 1. Definitions In these Terms: “LeadSeed”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means the LeadSeed business, brand, website, platform, support, services, automations, templates, onboarding materials, training, and related tools provided by us. “Platform” means the LeadSeed interface, account, software access, CRM, automations, calendars, forms, funnels, websites, messages, email tools, SMS tools, WhatsApp-related tools, pipelines, integrations, templates, dashboards, workflows and other features made available to you. “You”, “your”, or “Customer” means the person, business, company, organisation, contractor, employee, representative or user accessing or using LeadSeed. “End Customer” means your own leads, prospects, clients, customers, contacts, patients, subscribers or users whose information you add, upload, collect, process, message or manage through LeadSeed. “Third-Party Providers” means external platforms, software providers, infrastructure providers, telecom providers, email providers, payment providers, social media platforms, API providers and other services used by, connected to, or integrated with LeadSeed. “HighLevel”, “GoHighLevel”, “GHL”, “LeadConnector” and related services refer to the underlying third-party software, infrastructure, applications, services, APIs, communication tools and/or systems that may power parts of LeadSeed. “Free Plan” means any free, trial, beta, promotional, limited, goodwill, starter, community or no-cost access to LeadSeed. “Paid Plan” means any subscription, setup, support, implementation, consulting, usage-based, messaging, add-on, template, done-for-you or other paid service offered by LeadSeed. ⸻ 2. What LeadSeed Is LeadSeed is a business growth platform designed to help businesses manage leads, follow-up, customer communication, automation, appointments, pipelines, forms, campaigns, reputation, marketing processes and related commercial workflows. LeadSeed may provide access to tools such as: * CRM/contact management; * calendars and bookings; * forms, surveys, funnels and landing pages; * pipelines and opportunities; * email, SMS, WhatsApp-related and other messaging tools; * workflow automations; * templates and pre-built assets; * dashboards and reports; * integrations with third-party tools; * onboarding, training and support. LeadSeed is not a legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, compliance or regulated professional advice service. Any templates, workflows, automations, scripts, marketing suggestions or business recommendations are provided for general business use only. ⸻ 3. LeadSeed Is Built on Third-Party Technology LeadSeed is a white-label or branded business growth platform that may rely on third-party infrastructure and software, including but not limited to HighLevel, GoHighLevel, LeadConnector and related services. You understand and agree that: 1. LeadSeed does not own or fully control all underlying third-party infrastructure. 2. Certain features may depend on HighLevel, LeadConnector, telecom carriers, email providers, social media platforms, payment processors, domain providers, hosting providers, API providers or other third parties. 3. Availability, pricing, deliverability, rules, restrictions, approvals, limits, downtime, outages, bugs, account reviews, suspensions, data processing rules and feature changes may be controlled by those third parties. 4. We are not responsible for failures, restrictions, suspensions, delays, data loss, message delivery issues, policy changes, account reviews, outages or feature removals caused by third-party providers. 5. Your use of LeadSeed may also be subject to the applicable terms, privacy policies, data processing agreements, acceptable use policies and platform rules of third-party providers. Where the underlying platform or third-party provider changes, restricts, suspends, removes, prices, limits or discontinues any feature, we may modify, limit, replace or remove the corresponding LeadSeed feature without liability to you. ⸻ 4. Relationship with HighLevel, GoHighLevel and LeadConnector LeadSeed is an independent brand and service provider. Unless expressly stated in writing, LeadSeed is not HighLevel, GoHighLevel or LeadConnector, and is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by or legally responsible for those companies. HighLevel and/or LeadConnector may provide underlying software, infrastructure, mobile app access, messaging services, APIs, data processing and related platform functionality. You acknowledge that: 1. Any underlying HighLevel, GoHighLevel or LeadConnector technology is provided subject to their own terms, policies, technical limits and availability. 2. We cannot guarantee that any specific HighLevel, GoHighLevel or LeadConnector feature will remain available, unchanged, free, approved, supported or suitable for your business. 3. If HighLevel, GoHighLevel, LeadConnector or any connected provider changes its platform, pricing, policies, access, API, messaging rules, approval requirements or terms, we may need to update LeadSeed accordingly. 4. We are not liable for decisions, outages, suspensions, restrictions, data processing practices, service changes or technical issues caused by HighLevel, GoHighLevel, LeadConnector or their connected providers. You are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party platform rules when using LeadSeed. ⸻ 5. Free Access, Free Plans and “Free” Marketing Claims LeadSeed may offer free access, free accounts, free plans, free trials, free community access, free starter tools, free templates, free demos, free onboarding materials or other no-cost features. When we describe LeadSeed, a plan, a feature or an offer as “free”, this means that no recurring platform subscription fee is charged by LeadSeed for that specific access level at that specific time, unless stated otherwise. However, you understand and agree that: 1. Free access is not a permanent contractual guarantee unless we expressly state this in a separate signed written agreement. 2. Free Plans may be limited, changed, suspended, withdrawn, replaced or discontinued at any time. 3. We may introduce paid plans, usage fees, paid add-ons, feature limits, message fees, support fees, onboarding fees, implementation fees, overage fees or paid upgrades in the future. 4. Free access may be conditional on fair use, account activity, compliance, technical capacity, availability, intended use, geographic availability, business suitability and platform rules. 5. “Free” does not mean unlimited, permanent, unrestricted, guaranteed, transferable or immune from future changes. 6. You may still be responsible for third-party costs, including but not limited to SMS charges, WhatsApp charges, email sending costs, phone number costs, carrier fees, domain fees, payment processor fees, app fees, usage charges, integration costs, taxes or other external charges. 7. We may require you to move to a Paid Plan if your usage exceeds Free Plan limits, creates operational cost, requires support, creates compliance risk, uses premium features or is not suitable for free access. 8. We may stop accepting new Free Plan users at any time. 9. We may close inactive Free Plan accounts after giving reasonable notice where practical. Any public statement such as “free”, “free access”, “free forever”, “free plan”, “free starter account”, “free community access” or similar wording is subject to these Terms and to the specific offer conditions displayed at the time. For clarity: unless stated in a separate signed written contract, LeadSeed does not promise that any Free Plan, feature, account, template, workflow, automation, support channel or platform access will remain free forever. ⸻ 6. Changes to Free Plans We may change Free Plans to protect the business, the platform, paying customers, deliverability, compliance, technical capacity, third-party costs or service quality. Changes may include: * reducing or increasing available features; * adding usage limits; * introducing fair-use limits; * changing support availability; * restricting SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone numbers, calendars, workflows or automations; * requiring verification; * requiring a payment method for paid usage; * moving some features to paid plans; * discontinuing free access; * requiring migration to a Paid Plan. Where reasonably practical, we will try to give notice of material changes. However, urgent changes may be made immediately where required for security, compliance, abuse prevention, third-party platform requirements, legal reasons, fraud prevention, service stability or cost control. ⸻ 7. Account Registration To use LeadSeed, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, industry and other required details. You agree to: 1. provide accurate, complete and current information; 2. keep your login details secure; 3. not share your account with unauthorised users; 4. be responsible for all activity under your account; 5. notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access; 6. ensure that your employees, contractors, agents and authorised users comply with these Terms. We may refuse, suspend or terminate an account where we believe the information is false, misleading, incomplete, risky, abusive, non-compliant or unsuitable for the platform. ⸻ 8. Business Use LeadSeed is primarily intended for business use. By using LeadSeed on behalf of a business, you confirm that: 1. you have authority to bind that business; 2. the business accepts these Terms; 3. you and the business are jointly responsible for use of the account; 4. all users you invite are authorised to access the account; 5. you are responsible for your own business compliance, customers, offers, claims, advertising, messaging and data practices. If you use LeadSeed as an individual, sole trader or consumer, you may have additional legal rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms. ⸻ 9. Acceptable Use You must use LeadSeed lawfully, responsibly and in good faith. You must not use LeadSeed to: 1. break any law, regulation, platform rule or third-party policy; 2. send spam, unsolicited messages or unlawful marketing; 3. send messages without proper consent where consent is required; 4. mislead, deceive, impersonate or defraud anyone; 5. collect or process personal data unlawfully; 6. upload illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, harassing or infringing content; 7. promote scams, fake offers, pyramid schemes, illegal products or prohibited services; 8. infringe intellectual property rights; 9. interfere with the platform’s security, stability or performance; 10. reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell or exploit LeadSeed except as expressly allowed; 11. bypass usage limits, billing systems, approval requirements or compliance controls; 12. use LeadSeed to damage our reputation, deliverability, domains, numbers, accounts or third-party relationships; 13. use LeadSeed for high-risk regulated activity without proper legal compliance. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe your use creates legal, security, compliance, financial, reputational, deliverability or platform risk. ⸻ 10. Messaging, SMS, WhatsApp, Email and Communications LeadSeed may allow you to send or manage communications through SMS, email, WhatsApp-related tools, phone calls, voicemail, social messaging, web chat or other channels. You are solely responsible for: 1. obtaining valid consent from your contacts where required; 2. keeping evidence of consent; 3. providing opt-out methods where required; 4. honouring unsubscribe, STOP, opt-out and deletion requests; 5. complying with UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, PECR, advertising rules, telecom rules and any laws that apply to your recipients; 6. complying with carrier, WhatsApp, email, social media and third-party messaging policies; 7. ensuring message content is lawful, accurate and not misleading; 8. ensuring your business has permission to contact each recipient. LeadSeed does not guarantee that any message will be delivered, opened, clicked, read or responded to. Message delivery may be affected by: * carrier filtering; * spam filtering; * email reputation; * number registration; * A2P/10DLC or equivalent registration rules; * WhatsApp policy; * recipient device settings; * third-party outages; * incorrect contact information; * content quality; * sending behaviour; * compliance flags; * account reviews. You are responsible for any fees, charges, penalties, claims, complaints, regulator action or third-party costs arising from your messaging activity. We may disable, restrict or suspend messaging features if we believe your use is non-compliant, risky, abusive, excessive, unlawful or harmful to deliverability. ⸻ 11. Phone Numbers, Domains and Sending Assets LeadSeed may help you acquire, connect, configure or use phone numbers, domains, email addresses, sending domains, tracking links or other assets. Unless expressly agreed in writing: 1. such assets may be provided, hosted, controlled, billed or restricted by third parties; 2. availability is not guaranteed; 3. numbers or domains may require registration, verification or compliance approval; 4. assets may be suspended or removed for non-compliance, non-payment, inactivity, abuse or third-party policy reasons; 5. we are not responsible for loss of a number, domain, reputation, deliverability, ranking, traffic, message history or connected asset caused by third-party rules or your conduct. You must not use LeadSeed-provided assets for spam, deception, unlawful campaigns, impersonation, phishing, harassment or misleading marketing. ⸻ 12. Automations and Workflows LeadSeed may provide automations, workflows, templates, triggers, follow-up sequences, forms, funnels, pipeline logic and similar tools. You understand that automations may perform actions automatically, including sending messages, creating tasks, updating contacts, moving opportunities, triggering notifications or changing customer records. You are responsible for: 1. reviewing automations before activation; 2. testing workflows before live use; 3. ensuring timing, wording, triggers and recipients are appropriate; 4. ensuring automations comply with applicable laws and consent requirements; 5. monitoring automations after activation; 6. pausing automations where they behave unexpectedly. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect automation settings, user error, duplicate messages, missed messages, incorrect triggers, third-party delays, integration failures or failure to monitor your workflows. ⸻ 13. Templates, Campaigns and Business Advice LeadSeed may provide templates, scripts, landing pages, funnels, workflows, CRM structures, marketing ideas, campaign examples, automations, prompts, training, recommendations or strategy suggestions. These are provided for general business purposes only. We do not guarantee that any template, campaign, funnel, automation, script, follow-up sequence or strategy will produce sales, leads, bookings, revenue, profit, conversion rates, rankings, deliverability or business growth. You are responsible for adapting materials to your business, industry, legal obligations, brand, claims, pricing, audience and market. ⸻ 14. No Guarantee of Results LeadSeed is a tool and support platform. It does not guarantee business outcomes. We do not guarantee: * more leads; * more sales; * more revenue; * better conversion rates; * appointment attendance; * message deliverability; * advertising performance; * search ranking; * customer retention; * database recovery; * inbox placement; * compliance approval; * uninterrupted access; * error-free operation. Any examples, case studies, projections, screenshots, numbers or testimonials are illustrative only and do not guarantee your results. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, follow-up, pricing, reputation, traffic quality, sales process, industry, customer demand, compliance and execution. ⸻ 15. Fees, Paid Plans and Billing Some parts of LeadSeed may be free. Other parts may require payment. Paid services may include: * monthly subscriptions; * setup fees; * onboarding fees; * implementation fees; * done-for-you services; * support packages; * templates; * add-ons; * usage-based charges; * SMS, email, WhatsApp, call, AI, number or other communication charges; * third-party integration fees; * custom work. Prices, features and limits may change from time to time. If you subscribe to a Paid Plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes and charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, feature restriction, data export restriction, termination or debt recovery. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. ⸻ 16. Taxes You are responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties, levies or government charges arising from your use of LeadSeed or purchase of paid services, unless we are legally required to collect them from you. ⸻ 17. Cancellations You may cancel your Paid Plan according to the cancellation process provided by LeadSeed. Cancellation may not automatically cancel third-party charges, message fees, phone numbers, domains, integrations or external subscriptions. You are responsible for cancelling any external services you control. After cancellation, we may downgrade, suspend, restrict or close your account. We may retain data for a limited period for backup, legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or operational purposes. ⸻ 18. Refunds Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable. This includes payments for: * setup; * onboarding; * implementation; * monthly subscriptions; * templates; * custom work; * support; * usage; * SMS, email, phone, WhatsApp, AI or communication charges; * third-party costs; * partially used billing periods. Where a refund is legally required, our liability will be limited to the amount required by applicable law. ⸻ 19. Data Protection Both you and LeadSeed must comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable. Depending on the activity: 1. You may act as the data controller for your End Customer data. 2. LeadSeed may act as a data processor or service provider when processing End Customer data on your behalf. 3. Third-party providers, including HighLevel/LeadConnector and connected services, may act as processors, sub-processors, controllers or independent service providers depending on the activity. You are responsible for: * having a lawful basis for collecting and processing personal data; * providing appropriate privacy notices to your End Customers; * collecting valid marketing consent where required; * managing unsubscribe and deletion requests; * ensuring data entered into LeadSeed is accurate and lawful; * not uploading data you are not allowed to process; * responding to End Customer privacy requests where you are the controller; * ensuring your own business complies with data protection, privacy and electronic marketing laws. We will take reasonable steps to protect data within the services we control, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. ⸻ 20. Data Processing and Sub-Processors By using LeadSeed, you authorise us to process personal data as necessary to provide the platform and related services. You also authorise us to use third-party providers and sub-processors where necessary, including software platforms, hosting providers, communication providers, analytics providers, support tools, payment providers and infrastructure providers. Where HighLevel/LeadConnector or another provider powers part of LeadSeed, your data may be processed according to that provider’s data processing terms, privacy policy and infrastructure. You acknowledge that data may be transferred, stored or processed outside the United Kingdom where permitted by applicable law and subject to appropriate safeguards where required. Privacy Policy Our collection and use of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You must maintain your own privacy policy for your business and End Customers where required by law. Your privacy policy should explain how you collect, use, store, share, contact and process personal data, including data processed through LeadSeed. ⸻ 22. Security We take reasonable steps to protect the platform and data we control. However, you are responsible for: 1. using strong passwords; 2. protecting login credentials; 3. managing user access; 4. removing access from former employees or contractors; 5. using appropriate device security; 6. avoiding sharing accounts; 7. monitoring suspicious activity; 8. reporting security concerns promptly. We are not responsible for losses caused by weak passwords, shared logins, compromised devices, unauthorised users, phishing, user error or failure to manage your own account security. ⸻ 23. Confidentiality Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information includes non-public business, technical, financial, customer, marketing, pricing, operational, account, software, template, automation, strategy and login-related information. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and not disclose it except where required to provide the service, comply with law, use authorised providers, enforce these Terms or protect legal rights. ⸻ 24. Intellectual Property LeadSeed, including its brand, website, platform configuration, templates, workflows, training, documentation, designs, copy, frameworks, prompts, systems, automations and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LeadSeed according to these Terms. You must not copy, resell, clone, license, sublicense, reverse engineer, reproduce, scrape, distribute or commercially exploit LeadSeed materials without written permission. You retain ownership of your own business content, customer data, logos, uploaded materials and records, subject to the rights needed for us to provide the service. ⸻ 25. Your Content You are responsible for all content you upload, create, send, publish, automate or store through LeadSeed. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions and legal basis to use that content. We may remove or restrict content if we believe it is unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, non-compliant, misleading, risky or in breach of these Terms. ⸻ 26. Support Support may be provided by email, chat, documentation, tutorials, onboarding sessions, community channels or other methods. Support availability depends on your plan, account type, business hours, workload and service level. Free Plans may receive limited or no individual support. We do not guarantee immediate response times unless expressly agreed in writing. ⸻ 27. Beta Features, Experiments and Early Access We may offer beta, experimental, early access, trial or preview features. These features may be incomplete, unstable, limited, changed, discontinued or removed at any time. Beta features are provided “as is” and should not be relied on for critical business operations. ⸻ 28. Platform Availability We aim to keep LeadSeed available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent access. The platform may be unavailable due to: * maintenance; * updates; * third-party outages; * telecom or email provider issues; * HighLevel/LeadConnector issues; * hosting or infrastructure problems; * security incidents; * compliance reviews; * account restrictions; * force majeure events; * internet or device issues; * user configuration errors. We are not liable for downtime, delays, failed messages, lost opportunities, missed leads, missed appointments or business interruption caused by platform unavailability or third-party issues. ⸻ 29. Suspension and Termination We may suspend, restrict, downgrade or terminate your account if: 1. you breach these Terms; 2. payment fails or fees remain unpaid; 3. your use creates legal, compliance, security, financial, operational or reputational risk; 4. your messaging activity creates deliverability or abuse risk; 5. a third-party provider requires restriction; 6. you misuse the platform; 7. you provide false information; 8. you violate data protection, marketing, telecom or platform rules; 9. your account is inactive; 10. continuing service is no longer commercially, legally or technically practical. Where practical, we may give notice. However, we may act immediately where needed to protect LeadSeed, users, third-party providers, data subjects, deliverability, legal compliance or platform stability. ⸻ 30. Account Closure and Data Export You may request account closure or data export by contacting [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to help you export your data where technically possible, legally permitted and commercially reasonable. Data export may be limited by: * your plan; * third-party platform functionality; * account status; * unpaid fees; * technical restrictions; * legal obligations; * data security concerns; * third-party provider limitations. We may delete, anonymise or retain data according to our retention practices, legal obligations, backup cycles, billing needs, dispute handling and security requirements. ⸻ 31. Third-Party Integrations LeadSeed may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Meta, Stripe, WhatsApp-related providers, email providers, domain providers, calendar tools, payment platforms, webhooks, APIs and other software. You are responsible for: 1. authorising integrations; 2. complying with third-party terms; 3. maintaining your third-party accounts; 4. paying third-party fees; 5. managing API keys, tokens and permissions; 6. ensuring integrations are lawful and secure. We are not liable for third-party integration failures, permission changes, API limits, outages, incorrect data, disconnections, rejected requests or policy enforcement. ⸻ 32. App Stores and Mobile Apps Where LeadSeed functionality is accessed through mobile apps, including HighLevel, LeadConnector, white-labelled apps or other third-party apps, your use may also be subject to app store terms, mobile app terms, device requirements and third-party rules. We do not guarantee that any mobile app will remain available, approved, compatible, white-labelled, branded, accepted by app stores or unchanged. ⸻ 33. AI Features LeadSeed may include or connect to AI-powered features, including content generation, suggested replies, workflow suggestions, summaries, prompts, chatbots or automated recommendations. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, non-compliant or unsuitable for your business. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving AI-generated content before using it. You must not rely on AI outputs as legal, medical, financial, tax, professional, compliance or regulatory advice. ⸻ 34. Compliance with Laws You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your business and use of LeadSeed. This may include, depending on your activity: * UK GDPR; * Data Protection Act 2018; * PECR; * Consumer Rights Act 2015; * advertising standards; * electronic marketing rules; * telecom rules; * industry-specific regulations; * tax laws; * employment laws; * platform rules; * international laws where your contacts are located outside the UK. You agree to indemnify us for claims, fines, losses, costs or liabilities caused by your breach of law or misuse of LeadSeed. ⸻ 35. Prohibited Industries and High-Risk Use We may refuse, restrict or terminate accounts in industries or use cases that create elevated legal, compliance, payment, messaging or reputational risk. This may include, without limitation: * illegal products or services; * scams or deceptive offers; * adult services; * gambling; * weapons; * controlled substances; * fraudulent financial products; * misleading health claims; * high-risk medical claims; * fake reviews; * impersonation; * political manipulation; * unlawful lead generation; * unlawful debt collection; * harassment; * spam operations. We may decide at our discretion whether an account or use case is too risky for LeadSeed. ⸻ 36. Customer Responsibilities You are responsible for your business, including: 1. your offers and claims; 2. your pricing and refunds; 3. your sales process; 4. your customer service; 5. your legal compliance; 6. your staff and contractors; 7. your End Customer data; 8. your marketing consent; 9. your advertising accounts; 10. your payment processing; 11. your tax obligations; 12. your use of automations; 13. your message content; 14. your business outcomes. LeadSeed provides tools. You remain responsible for how those tools are used. ⸻ 37. Disclaimers To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSeed is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, representations and guarantees, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, reliability, accuracy, non-infringement, deliverability, profitability, compliance suitability or business results. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. ⸻ 38. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSeed will not be liable for: * loss of profits; * loss of revenue; * loss of sales; * loss of leads; * loss of customers; * loss of goodwill; * loss of data; * loss of opportunity; * business interruption; * failed messages; * missed appointments; * advertising losses; * reputational harm; * indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; * third-party platform failures; * HighLevel, GoHighLevel or LeadConnector failures; * telecom, SMS, WhatsApp or email delivery issues; * unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure credentials; * user error; * incorrect configuration; * unlawful use by you. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability to you will be limited to the greater of: 1. the amount you paid to LeadSeed in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or 2. £100. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow such limitation. ⸻ 39. Indemnity You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LeadSeed from and against any claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs, expenses, legal fees or liabilities arising from: 1. your use of LeadSeed; 2. your breach of these Terms; 3. your breach of law; 4. your messaging, marketing or advertising activity; 5. your data processing practices; 6. your content; 7. your automations; 8. your business dealings with End Customers; 9. your misuse of third-party platforms; 10. complaints, claims or regulator actions caused by your business. ⸻ 40. Changes may be made to reflect: * new features; * new pricing; * Free Plan changes; * legal or regulatory updates; * third-party platform changes; * HighLevel/LeadConnector changes; * security needs; * operational improvements; * risk management; * business model changes. Your continued use of LeadSeed after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using LeadSeed. ⸻ 41. Changes to the Platform We may modify, improve, limit, replace, suspend or discontinue any part of LeadSeed at any time. This includes features, plans, pricing, limits, branding, templates, workflows, integrations, automations, support channels and third-party services.
